Dr. William J. Clark, Scotland
Dr Clark has 50 years experience in orthodontic practice and continues to develop innovative appliances in orthodontic and orthopedic techniques. The Twin Block was developed in 1977 in his orthodontic practice in Scotland. The technique is the most widely used functional technique throughout the world, and is illustrated in “Twin Block Functional Therapy – Applications in Dentofacial Orthopaedics”, published by Mosby in 2002.
In cooperation with Ortho Organizers Dr. Clark designed TransForce Lingual Appliances for arch development and he has recently developed Fixed Twin Blocks, the next logical advance in functional orthopaedic therapy.
Dr Clark is the first recipient of an award of distinction from the British Orthodontic Society for an outstanding contribution to the specialty of orthodontics. In 2008 he received the first award from the International Functional Association (IFUNA) for personal outstanding international service to functionalism and orthodontics.
In 2010 he completed a thesis on “New Horizons in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics” for a D.D.Sc. Degree from Dundee University, and is to receive an honorary fellowship award (F.D.S.) from the Royal College of Surgeons (England).
Dr. Rohit Sachdeva, USA
Dr. Sachdeva currently is the Principal of Sachdeva Orthodontic Coaching and Consulting Services. He is the co-founder of Orametrix Inc. and until recently was its chief clinical officer. Prior to this engagement, he was a professor in the department of Orthodontics at Baylor college of Dentistry. Texas A and M university. He has held faculty positions at the Universities Of Connecticut, USA, and Manitoba, Canada. He was visiting faculty at the University of Hokkaido Health Science center, Japan, Yonsei University Korea, UNESP, Araraquara, Brazil. He serves on the editorial board of Orthodontic Practice US.
He is the architect of suresmile technology, the first all digital design solution for customized fixed appliances therapy. He is the inventor of Copper NiTi and Titanium Niobium archwires and Titanium brackets. He holds close to 100 patents and is credited with over 200 clinical and scientific presentations worldwide and 150 publications.
He is the recipient of the Japanese society for Promotion of Science award and the Dallas Asian Chamber of commerce award.
Dr Sachdeva is the developer of the philosophy and practice of Biodigital Orthodontics.
Dr. Anoop Sondhi, USA
Dr. Sondhi has been in full-time private practice in Indianapolis, USA and continues as a Visiting Professor for several graduate programs in orthodontics. He devotes a significant amount of his work to the development of effective and efficient treatment systems, indirect bonding, interceptive treatment of complex malocclusions, and the orthodontic management of temporomandibular disorders.
Dr. Sondhi has served as a consultant to the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, as well as the Journal of Craniomandibular Disorders, Facial and Oral Pain.
Dr. Jan Huggare, Sweden
Professor in Orthodontics at Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden since 1995 and has been a visiting Professor at National University of Singapore since 1999. Prof. Huggare has authored or co-authored in 70 original international publications.
Dr. Pradip R. Shetye, USA
Dr. Shetye is an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery (Craniofacial Orthodontics) at NYU Langone Medical Center and Director of Craniofacial Orthodontics Fellowship. He also has an appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at NYU College of Dentistry. He has special interest in orthodontic treatment for patients needing reconstructive surgery of the face & orthognathic surgery.
Dr. Shetye has authored 30 peer reviewed scientific paper & has received several awards for clinical excellence including the Henry Kawamoto Award from the American Society of Craniofacial Surgeons, Joseph E. Johnson Award and Charley Schultz Award both from the American Association of Orthodontics and T. C. White Award from the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Glasgow. Dr. Shetye’s clinical and research interest primarily focuses on orthodontic treatment of patients with cleft lip and palate and craniofacial differences.
Dr. Wlliam Ka-Lun Choi, Taiwan
Dr. Choi owns a private practice in Taipei, Taiwan specializing in Orthodontics, Dentofacial Orthopedics, Occlusion, TMD therapy, Oro-facial pain, and Oral rehabilitation. He became Board Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics in 2003 and was the Board of Examiners, Taiwan Board of Orthodontics. He was honored as Fellow of College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2012.
Dr. Choi has delivered speeches and workshops in several important international orthodontic conventions in Mongolia, Nepal, Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Vietnam and has been very active in the community and international humanitarian services as well.
Dr. Somchai Satravaha, Thailand
Dr. Satravaha is a diplomate, Thai Board of Orthodontics and a clinical associate professor at Mahidol University, Bangkok Thailand. She was an executive committee member of the World Federation of Orthodontists from 2005-2015, a past president of Thai Association of Orthodontists, past president of the Thai Orthodontic Foundation and a past president of the Asian Pacific Orthodontic Society.
She is an honorary member of Association of Philippine Orthodontists, of Indian Orthodontic Society and an honorary fellow of the Asian Pacific Orthodontic Society (APOS). At present, she is a president of the Advisory Board of the Thai Association of Orthodontists and a president of the Thai Association of Orthodontists’ Mobile Orthodontic Unit for Cleft Lip/Palate Patients.

Dr. Sandra Tai, Canada
Dr. Tai is an Invisalign Top 1% Provider who has treated over 1,200 cases with Invisalign. She’s a Clinical Assistant Professor in orthodontics at the University of British Columbia and is the Coordinator of the Invisalign University Program. She has taught Invisalign at various universities worldwide, has lectured at universities across the globe, has been a presenter for different orthodontic associations and was the featured speaker at a number of Invisalign conferences.
She is part of the Align Tech Faculty in North America and is currently involved in several clinical research projects and FDA clinical trials with clear aligners.

John Morton, USA
John Morton has over 25 years of experience in orthodontic biomechanics. Throughout his career, he worked to improve orthodontic treatment by advancing the understanding and the application of biomechanical principles. He has previously held positions as Director of Research in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Connecticut and as a consultant for the NIH, universities, and private industry. With funding from the NIH, John founded Ortho Measurements, Inc., a company dedicated to designing and manufacturing orthodontic force and moment measuring instruments for intraoral use.
John Morton is currently Director of R&D at Align Technology and is focused on improving orthodontic treatment using aligner appliances through the application of biomechanical principles.
